Every corporation shall keep at its main office, or if its main office is to be located outside of this state, at its branch or other office in this state, books containing the names of all stockholders thereof, and the names and addresses of the members of its board of directors, together with copies of all reports made by it to the commissioner.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3.
