1890. Whenever the commissioner shall have revoked the license of any such foreign corporation and shall have taken the action to make such revocation effective, all the rights and privileges of the foreign corporation to transact business in this state shall forthwith cease and determine.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3.
