1094. A bank closing an office or offices pursuant to the authority granted under subdivision (a) of Section 1093 shall give prompt notice of its action to the commissioner, by any means available.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.)
