1071. The commissioner shall issue a certificate in duplicate authorizing a bank to establish and maintain an office. A bank shall pay a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) for every certificate the commissioner issues pursuant to this section.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.)
