The commissioner may from time to time require, under oath or otherwise, reports from any bank holding company and its subsidiaries in such form and as to such matters as the commissioner may deem necessary and appropriate, and which are relevant to the jurisdiction and responsibilities of the commissioner under this division.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3.
