103. The word 'bank' as used in the Financial Institutions Law means any incorporated banking institution that shall have been incorporated to engage in commercial banking business, industrial banking, or trust business.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 334, Sec. 7. (SB 537) Effective January 1, 2014.)
