123. 'Real property' and 'personal property' have the meanings defined in and shall be construed in accordance with Title 1 (commencing with Section 654) of Part 1 of Division 2 of the Civil Code.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 2. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.)
