151. 'Certificate of correction' means a certificate executed and filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to Section 109 of the Corporations Code, subject, however, to the provisions of Section 1105.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 2. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.)
