155. 'Certificate of revocation' means a certificate executed and filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to the second and third sentences of subdivision (c) of Section 110 of the Corporations Code, subject, however, to the provisions of Section 1106.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 334, Sec. 10.
