161. 'Constituent corporation,' when used with respect to a corporation:(a) In the case of a merger, has the meaning set forth in Section 161 of the Corporations Code.(b) In the case of a consolidation, means a corporation that is consolidated with one or more other corporations.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 2.
