'Resulting,' when used with respect to a corporation, means:(a) In the case of a consolidation, the corporation into which the constituent corporations are consolidated.(b) In the case of a conversion, the corporation into which the converting corporation is converted.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 2.
