205. 'State':(a) When used with respect to a corporation, means a corporation that is organized under the laws of a state of the United States.(b) When used with respect to an office of a foreign (other nation) bank, means an office that the bank is authorized to maintain under the laws of a state of the United States.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 2.
