213. 'Uniform Rating System for Informational Technology (URSIT)' shall have the meaning set forth in the policy statement regarding the uniform rating system for information technology published by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council on January 20, 1999, and implemented on or before April 1, 1999 (64 Fed.
