322. The commissioner is appointed by the Governor, and holds office at the pleasure of the Governor. The appointment of the commissioner is subject to confirmation by the Senate.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 2. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.)
