§ 331

331. The commissioner may adopt and implement any method of accepting electronic filings of applications, reports, or other matters, which, in the opinion of the commissioner, is secure. Any method of electronic filing chosen by the commissioner shall include a method to verify the identity of the person making the filing. The verification shall be deemed to satisfy all other verifications required by the commissioner, and shall have the same force and effect as the use of manual signatures.(Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 699, Sec. 2. (SB 1361) Effective January 1, 2019.)
