§ 375

375. Official reports made by the commissioner and verified reports of an examination made by the commissioner, exclusively or in conjunction with or with assistance from any agency of the United States, of a state of the United States, or of a foreign nation are prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the reports for all purposes.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 2.
