400. As of the operative date of this section, there is established a Financial Institutions Fund in the State Treasury. Except as otherwise provided in Division 5 (commencing with Section 14000), all money collected or received by the commissioner under this code shall be deposited with the Treasurer to the credit of the Financial Institutions Fund.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 2.
