If the Federal Insurance Agency accepts the appointment in accordance with Section 620, the rights of customers and other creditors of the insured licensee shall be determined in accordance with the applicable provisions of the laws of this state.(Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 190, Sec. 30.
