§ 650

650. No plan of reorganization shall become effective until the commissioner finds that the plan is fair and equitable to all customers, creditors, and stockholders, if applicable, and is in the public interest and until the commissioner approves the same in writing, subject to any conditions, restrictions, and limitations as the commissioner may prescribe.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 2.
