The Department of Financial Protection and Innovation may use the unexpended balance of funds available for use in connection with the performance of duties of the Department of Justice to which the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation succeeds pursuant to Section 23071.(Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 452, Sec. 147.
