30701. All of the provisions of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 1985), Title 3, Part 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure relating to the means of production of evidence out of court are applicable to any examination, investigation, or hearing under this division.(Added by Stats. 1972, Ch. 1057.)
