§ 32001

32001. In this division, unless the context otherwise requires:(a) A reference to a statute or to a regulation includes such statute or regulation as amended, whether before or after the effective date of this division, as well as any new statute or regulation substituted for such statute or regulation after the effective date of this division.(b) A reference to a governmental agency or to a public officer includes any governmental agency or public officer which succeeds after the effective date of this division to substantially the same functions as those performed by such governmental agency or public officer on the effective date of this division.(Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 819, Sec. 1.)
