5112. 'Net worth certificate' means a certificate issued by an association in accordance with Section 13i of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, as amended (12 U.S.C., Sec. 1823i) and regulations promulgated thereunder by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.(Amended by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1118, Sec. 8.5.)
