§ 5113

5113. 'Person' means any individual, domestic, or foreign corporation, entity, voting trust, business trust, partnership, limited liability company, association, syndicate, organized group of persons, or similar organization, group or entity, whether incorporated or not.(Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1010, Sec. 113.
