5207. If any provision, clause, or phrase of this division or application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, its invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this division that can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end, the provisions of this division are separable.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1091, Sec. 2.)
