5704. A certified copy of the certificate required by Section 5703 filed in the office of the Secretary of State is presumptive evidence of the holding of the meeting, the action taken at the meeting, and of the approval of stockholders and members.(Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1091, Sec. 2.)
