5715. Promptly after the filing of the articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State, there shall be filed with the federal home loan bank of which the association is a member, two copies of the articles of incorporation, certified by the Secretary of State.(Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1091, Sec. 2.)
