When a savings and loan holding company has satisfied the requirements of this article, the commissioner shall issue the holding company a certificate of registration, and shall send a copy to each association subsidiary in this state with respect to which the holding company has registered.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1091, Sec. 2.)
