§ 6001

6001. Special meetings of the members of a mutual association may be called at any time by the president or the board of directors, and shall be called by the president, a vice president, or the secretary upon the written request of members holding of record in the aggregate at least 10 percent of the outstanding savings deposits of the association. Such written request shall state the purposes of the meeting and shall be delivered at the principal office of the association addressed to the president.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1091, Sec. 2.)
