6006. Any number of members present at a regular or special meeting of the members shall constitute a quorum. A majority of all votes cast at any meeting of members shall determine any question unless this division specifically provides otherwise.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1091, Sec. 2.)
