8037. All expenses of the department in administering the division and other laws relating to savings associations or to the savings association business shall be paid by the Savings and Loan Account; and, except as otherwise provided in Section 276 or 277, and the Savings and Loan Account shall be used only for such purposes.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1064, Sec. 565.5.
