Each license shall state the following:(a) The name of the licensee, and if the licensee is a partnership or association the names of the members, or if the licensee is a corporation the date and place of its incorporation.(b) The address at which such business is to be conducted.(c) The type of business licensed.(Amended by Stats. 1953, Ch. 642.)
