The commissioner may issue a duplicate of a license that has been lost, stolen, or destroyed, or for a certificate which the licensee desires to replace, upon satisfactory proof of such loss, theft, or destruction, or upon surrender of a certificate for replacement and the payment of a fee of two dollars ($2).(Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 339.)
