12330. The commissioner shall have power and authority to promulgate rules and regulations governing the form and wording of advertising to be used by proraters. The issuance, distribution or placement of any advertising by a prorater which is in conflict with such rules and regulations shall be ground for the revocation of its license.(Added by Stats. 1957, Ch. 498.)
