§ 13060

The provisions of this division shall not apply with respect to any automated teller machine which is:(a) Located inside of a building, unless it is a freestanding installation which exists for the sole purpose of providing an enclosure for the automated teller machine.(b) Located inside of a building, except to the extent a transaction can be conducted from outside the building.(c) Located in any area, including any access area, building, enclosed space, or parking area which is not controlled by the operator.(Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 825, Sec. 1.)
