13070. This division supersedes and preempts all rules, regulations, codes, statutes, or ordinances of all cities, counties, cities and counties, municipalities, and local agencies regarding customer safety at automated teller machines located in California.(Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 825, Sec. 1.)
