All expenses of the department in administering this division and other laws relating to credit unions or the credit union business shall be paid out of the Credit Union Fund; and, except as otherwise provided in Section 413 or 414, the Credit Union Fund shall be used only for such purposes.(Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 64, Sec. 17.
