17208. All money received by the commissioner shall be paid by him or her into the State Treasury to the credit of the State Corporations Fund for the sole purpose of administering and enforcing this division.(Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 670, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997.)
