Any person subject to this division or any director, stockholder, trustee, officer, agent, or employee of that person who violates any provision of the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. Sec. 2601 et seq.), or any regulation promulgated thereunder, violates this division.(Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 237, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2008.)
