If any real property of the licensee sold by the commissioner is located in a county other than the county in which the application to the court for permission to sell the property was made, the commissioner shall cause a certified copy of the order authorizing or ratifying such sale to be recorded in the office of the recorder of the county in which the real property is located.(Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 2130.)
