18672. Not less than 30 days before an insured foreign (other state) industrial loan company establishes a facility, it shall file with the commissioner a report and the appointment called for in Section 18673.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 479, Sec. 7. Effective October 2, 1995.)
