All expenses of the department in administering this division and other laws relating to industrial loan companies or the industrial loan business shall be paid out of the Industrial Loan Account; and, except as otherwise provided in Section 276 or 277, the Industrial Loan Account shall be used only for such purposes.(Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1064, Sec. 590.
