The commissioner may, upon reasonable notice and opportunity to be heard, suspend or revoke the license of an industrial loan company if the commissioner finds that the industrial loan company has violated any provision of this division or any rule or regulation of the commissioner made pursuant to this division, or if any factor or condition exists which, if it had existed at the time of the original application for a license, reasonably would have warranted the commissioner in refusing originally to issue such license.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 974, Sec. 11.)
