If it appears to the commissioner that an industrial loan company is conducting business in an unsafe, unsound, or injurious manner, the commissioner may, by written order, direct the discontinuance of any such unsafe or injurious practices.(Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 663, Sec. 15.
