18415.16. The actual cost of any examination, investigation or services, including the actual amount of salary or other compensation paid to the persons making the examination, investigation or rendering services and the overhead costs in connection therewith, as fixed by the commissioner, shall be paid out of the assets of the company.(Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 140, Sec. 1.
