An appeal may be taken from the judgment of the court by the commissioner or by Guaranty Corporation in the manner provided by law for appeals from the judgment of a superior court to the court of appeal. An appeal from the judgment of the court does not operate as a stay of the judgment unless the court, on good cause, so orders.(Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 931, Sec. 150.
