18503. The commissioner and the commissioner’s duly designated representatives may at any time investigate the affairs and examine the books, accounts, records and files used by Guaranty Corporation. The commissioner and the commissioner’s duly designated representatives shall have free access to the offices, books, accounts, papers, records, files, safes, and vaults of Guaranty Corporation.(Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 142, Sec. 19.
