No person shall advertise, print, display, publish, distribute, or broadcast, or cause or permit to be advertised, printed, displayed, published, distributed, or broadcast, in any manner any statement or representation with regard to its membership in Guaranty Corporation or that any of its thrift obligations are in any manner guaranteed.(Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 583, Sec. 3.)
