18508. An industrial loan company or its successor shall not be entitled to receive a refund, return, withdrawal, or distribution of the amount in its member’s account or of any assessments paid by it except upon liquidation of Guaranty Corporation.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 583, Sec. 5.)
