§ 21201.1

21201.1. Whenever a pledger, or his or her assignee, loses a pawn ticket, a fee of not to exceed ten dollars ($10) may be charged for services of verifying the identification of the claimant, fingerprinting the claimant, and having the claimant execute a declaration under penalty of perjury.(Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 202, Sec. 3.)
